I went to a driving school
In Ireland, you have to complete 12 lessons and then you can take the test
I passed the first time

Well I did say did I pass, and he gave me the death stare to the max, the instructor lol
they also did a breath test, because they thought I did illicit drugs.

Where i got my lisence you cant take the exam without attending driving school. My dad helped out too. But I moved to Europe and dont have a car or license here.

yea in belgium you don't have to go to driving school unless you fail your theoretical/practical exam 2 times. but you have to officially nominate one or two guides (can be family or friends, but they have to be experienced drivers) who will be registered on your provisional license and they're the only people you're allowed to drive around with until you pass your exam. if you take at least 20 hours of driving lessons you can apply for a provisional license that allows you to practice alone though.

honestly, i do think driving lessons should be mandatory but they're also super expensive so i kind of get it, at least those who can't afford it still have a chance too

damn, here in estonia you need to complete driving school before you can go take the exams, for driving lessons you can also apply for a mentor whos experienced and registered but you can only drive w them after the schools driving instructors says you can practise w them. i believe its mandatory to take like 24 driving lessons (45 min sessions) + ice course + night course provided by the school
