If you liked the anime- how often will u read the manga? (1 Viewer)

I don't usually read the manga of the animes i have seen unless the manga continued way beyond the anime and there is no announcement that more of the story will be adapted. There is some franchises where i have read both, but usually it hinders my enjoyment a bit but i can't help but compare.

I usually don't read the manga unless I really liked the anime. So not very often

I'm mainly only keeping up with 3 mangas atm and I also read all of AOT (caught up just before the last chapter came out lol) after my anime binge and i'm hoping to add Bungou Stray Dogs to the ones i'm keeping up with soon. Rather than the anime being good, it's moreso if the anime makes me more interested in what secrets they could be hiding n stuff and I get desperate for answers, like I read MHA because I was too curious to see the villains backstories, I read Hanako-kun because well with 12 eps there's a LOT of questions and even more questions as the manga goes on tbh (but i'm loving every second of it) and I read jjk after the first half of the anime cuz I wanted to find out why Gojo's eyes are so pretty and why he wears the blindfold which I DIDN'T find out really but there were a lot of answers in the official fanbook translations which I can safely read as i'm up to date on the manga 😌 😌 Of course the anime also has to be good for me to spend the time reading to satisfy curiousity but at the moment it seems I mainly start reading things so I can be more in the know of things

if the anime is ridiculously long with lots of filler but im interested, ill often go toward manga because i can read soooo much faster. if the anime is an adaptation and changed parts of the story i will also often prefer the manga. if i just generally reaaaally liked the anime i will probably read the manga too

If I really really liked an anime and felt unfulfilled by it's ending, I'll probably check out the manga.

I haven't read manga since middle school. Now I just don't have time. Some of my favorite series are long like Detective Conan and One Piece so...
