What would you set as a goal for your group for your first year?

If I was in a Kpop group I think my main goal for the first year would be a music show win.

My goal would probably be to have no lineup changes in that first year

To win a Daesang if possible or ROTY
But to go simple, be able to sell our album well

To have good album sales

I would set my goals high and go for rookie of the year.
anything less would mean not being confident in your own talent
