How much creative control would you like and in what areas?

Me personally I’d like some (not all of course cause I have no idea what I’m doing)creative control with my groups concepts and music direction.

I would also at least some rights to veto certain things.. its always sad when artists have to promote songs they hate or wear outfits they don't want

there's a difference between how much control I WANT and how much control the company is willing to give me...

like most groups unless I was in a previous (successful) group like izone or something then I don't have the power to dictate what I want...and that's normal - it's like when one first graduates and enters the workforce - unless one is like super talented or a genius - one starts at the bottom and climbs up
