How would you react?

What would you do with their merch? What do you think the members would do instead?

Well, I have no TVXQ merch. But you know what? I'd be fine with that, honestly. I accepted a while ago that life goes on and groups won't last forever... I mean, unless they're rotating members then they might last. I'd wish the best for them and would be excited to see what's next for them.

But somebody's gonna have to upload all their music to Spotify now.

I'd be very confused....since They just dropped their repackage.
And considering everything they've been through to call it quits now would be a shock...but I'd support their decision, I've been there from debut, hopefully will be until they decide to stop.

Theyll just live their lives really. And I'd keep my merch, my a collector after all.

My ult group is highlight, and honestly? I'd be okay with it. I'd still consider them my ults though and I would keep their merch. They've been inactive for a long time because of the military and I'm kind of used to the idea of them being inactive now.

idk. I tend to react differently to different bands - 'N Sync left me inconsolable for like a week; the Jonas Brothers (when they broke up in 2013) didn't have much of an effect on me (I was just like "welp, onto the next one!" lol and by that time I'd already gotten way into 1D); and 1D had me pissed because they'd already written us a three-minute song promising to come back (History)... and they didn't. Probably BTS would be scenario #2, because there are other groups I also stan, K-pop and Western.

The older group, I would be very sad. The younger group, I would be merely disappointed. Strangely, I follow the younger group's content more (because they are more entertaining and my ult is in the group) but feel less emotional attachment.

Edit: And I would keep the merch. I still have a CD from a group whose member had a drug dealing scandal.

Since they have announced a big concert for next year; I'd be shocked. I might cry, play their songs repeatedly, and pass through a period of depression, having nightmares about it. It'll pass. In the end is a trivial thing. I have no merch however.

my ult group is exo so it'd be kind of shocking considering they are preparing for their first comeback in three years right now. but i have gotten used to them just doing solo stuff by now so i don't mind as much and ofc i'd keep all of the merch i have, it's verry special to me!

I would probably drop out of kpop, I have a hard time finding other groups appealing so it'd be pretty tragic if they disbanded right now :(

ngl i'd be really shocked if that happened right now, loona are not even a 3 year old group and barely had 3 comebacks and i haven't managed to even get any merch from them yet. also they have been recently on the rise when 12:00 came out which would make it even more surprising. also given that the behaviour of the orbit fandom can be a little bit questionable at time i would be worried about the outcome

If any of mine disbanded, I'd be fine because I feel like most of the members would be moving on to bigger, brighter things either in the entertainment world or at least personally. Twice, BTS, and RV embody "they'll be fine."

I mean my ultimate groups is EXID so it wouldn't come as a surprise with their current state and they've already moved onto their solo adventures with Hani and Jeonghwa doing acting, Solji focusing on music, LE being a producer and Hyelin doing variety.

I'd definiitely cry quite a bit, but I'd support the members in their og groups. No one does it like SuperM though

I'd be sad ofc, but my ult is Big Bang and they have been on hiatus forever. I know that the members would still have careers on their own after it so it wouldn't be end of everything. I think some of them would still do music, but I think TOP might either become producer or focus on art solely.

I would keep the merch ofc, disbandment has nothing to do with it.
