I’m annoyed at the concert venue (1 Viewer)

Yes another thread where I complain about what goes wrong

Anyways we looked on the venues website and they’re like yeah sure you can bring a backpack. And then the lady at the venue told us haha nope you can’t bring it. So we had to go back to our room which is a 30min walk, drop off our backpacks, and then go back to the venue. There wasn’t even any storage lockers we could rent nearby ​

True. Either way they should have been more clear about it..
its kind of embarrassing to them.
