What did I miss this week? KPOP or non-KPOP

For me, I've been having a hard time. Unfortunately, my coping mechanisms seem to leave me more discouraged than encouraged. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me.

On a positive note, I bought a journal like 3 months ago. It's been empty until yesterday.. thank you @shadow and @badcrookshanks for giving me both the inspiration and the courage to start it

It’s good to see you again. It sucks when coping strategies decide the coping part is optional. But it’s awesome that you got started on the journal I hope it helps you with at least some aspects of life, even if it becomes something smaller like a grocery journal
