I mean, that is true, but if I wanted Dr. Pepper with my baked beans, I'd consume them separately!

you could but I meant it as a general statement of trying out new foods which like I said I'm always willing to try it at least once
even if it was horrible at least I could say I gave it a shot

but if that food combination abhors you then that's fine - no need to try some something which disgusts you

No Dr pepper in my country (as far as I'm aware of) so idk wat it tastes like , but I know some ppl cook with Cola(not sure if it's widespread, or at all in my country). I ate baked beans quite a lot growing up coz of the convenience/availabilty/influence if British cuisine maybe(nowadays local n Heinz brands sell/make baked beans in a can here a lot, or at least tat I can see)

tat said I don't think I'd try this if I saw it for sale here-but if someone served it I might try it to know wat it tastes like(so I'd know wat I'm missing re: Dr pepper drinks might taste like!)

I've eaten them. They're extremely sweet and you can't really taste the Dr. Pepper.
