We’re reporting the girl (weird 19 yo from my school for what is essentially sexual harassment of a minor) now but I’m kinda scared of if anything’s even going to happen or if it will be dismissed. Fingers crossed

ty but just for clarity what happened didnt happen to me. It was another person and we were reporting on her behalf. Not that it changes the wrongness of her actions but I thought it was important that you know im not the particular victim here

I guess one of the main issues with reporting something like SA is the need for evidence...

the what happens if alleged perpetrator tries to deny what happened - does one have enough evidence to "prove" there was SA...

we have evidence that will hopefully be enough.
