also try to contribute to KPS - you only get back as much as you put in...

at the end of the day this is a kpop forum - go to the threads about your fav kpop artists or songs and comment

hell you can see me just posting interestings and nices on my favs lol

I can't speak for other people...
I'm not hating you for stating get some help for your issues
also asking you to contribute isn't hatred lol - that's how one gets closer to people
friendships don't happen overnight - it takes time to nurture and grow and work on by both parties

I'll give you two examples

I've know one @LowkeyLoki basically almost when I started my kpop forum journey on the side we share the like of some similar groups, we share a similar sense of humour and we both like the MCU, we also liked playing random silly games but again we are very different people - I'm Chinese Australian - she's African American I'm old enough to be her father and jokingly I say she's my daughter!!!

The second example is @Vikki - I didn't know her before I joined KPS but just by going into her threads and commenting whether it seriously or jokingly you get a good feel of who the other person is and their personalities and their likes and dislikes...and I have managed to rise above the EWWW ranks to (although she'd never admit it) one tier just below psyche!!!

what I'm getting at my friend is reach out to people - get to know them a bit start with kpop since this is a kpop forum and soon you can develop strong bonds with people

One thing I LOVE about KPOP forums is how you can create lasting friendships with people you've never met and you share a very common interest for you. You may like different artists within the industry but (hopefully) no one here is going to shame you for liking KPOP. Out of my more-than-3 years of being on KPOP forums and after being on like 5, I have never once encountered a person who tried to join and harrass people for their like of KPOP.

Other platforms aren't always so kind. I can't encounter one person with a KPOP pfp on YouTube or Instagram who isn't roasted for liking KPOP as an "insult". In real life, my family hates that I listen to KPOP and are trying to get me to stop it altogether. But it's something that makes me happy and it's not hurting anyone or promoting bad ideas to me. I don't want to kill someone because KPOP told me it's okay. I have friends who poke fun at me for listening to it but it honestly kind of hurts. I do think it's funny but I just know that my love for it is strong and if they can't understand that, it's okay. Trust me, I've tried to get friends who aren't in to it, in to it but I figured out that it is so hard to do that for someone as they all have their own interests. It can be done but it all depends on the person and how they feel about things.

What I'm getting at is I love KPOP forums because there a place to belong without judgment for one of my biggest likes.

If I could go back in time and experience it all again, I would. Not necessarily to change anything but just to let it play out and experience the feeling of first time.

But I'm glad we can't do that because relationships are so dynamic.
And we should totally play one of your classic games again. Those were so fun!
