There's no hope for me.... It's pointless to keep going on.... All i can do is cry.... My head is too crowded with thoughts.... There's so much pressure on me...I'm falling behind in school.... I'm failing most of my classes... I can't focus anymore.... I'm behind on too many assignments... people are bullying me at school.. I just want to disappear... Then nobody will have to deal with my problems... I'll be free from my problems as well...

Oh my God no dont ever think that! I felt the same way couple years ago and I got very close to attempting and did sh and trust me it's not worth it. It is never worth it. You have no idea what might happen in the future your life will get so much better. Please please please listen to me. Cry as much as you need but dont ever say you want to disappear. It will affect your family and friends so much too. There is always hope and dont listen to what other people say, people bully because they are insecure of themselves. Like I said disappearing is not worth it you are amazing and I wish I can just hug you right now. If you ever need anyone to talk to I'm here <3333

There is always light at the end of the tunnel. Please hold on a little longer and you'll reach it. Please know that there are people who love and care for you and are willing to help you through it. You never have to go through it alone. And even if you feel like you have no one, you have us. We care about you completely and many of us are willing to talk you through it and support you through it, even if we can't be with you in person.

Don't ever give up, hold on tight to where you're heading, and remember that no one's opinion matters. The way you see yourself is what matters and those people won't always be in your life. Life is stressful, it's a part of the package but you have to push on through. It will get better. You just need to wait it out. It isn't over yet, don't let your mind trick you into thinking that it is.

Anyone who doesn't want to see you become the best version of yourself needs to be cut out of your life. If they're bringing you down and telling you that you aren't worthy, they aren't worthy of your time. They don't matter. What matters is yourself and what you think about yourself. The job of some people is to bring you down even when you don't realize it. These people are obstacles and once you figure out how to overcome those, you're set.

Even if you can't live for yourself, live for those that love you. We cannot bare to lose you and it hurts more than anything. Please, just hold on, even if it's by a thread. That thread will get thicker and stronger and turn into a rope strong enough to lift you back up. All you have to do is hold on.

Think positive things. Look at yourself in the mirror. Smile. Tell yourself: I AM WORTH IT. I AM LOVED. I AM STRONG. I AM BEAUTIFUL. I AM AMAZING. I AM UNIQUE AND NO ONE CAN REPLACE ME. I AM WORTHY OF LIVING. I AM WORTHY OF EXISTING. I AM GOING TO GET THROUGH THIS. It has worked exponentially for me and I hope that it works for you as well.

You can trick your brain into thinking these are true because they are. But if you keep thinking negative thoughts, you can trick your brain into thinking that they are true as well. And if you let that consume you, you can go into a deep dark hole that becomes difficult to come out of.

It's never too late to turn things around. There are people out there that can help you.

Well, it's not too late to stop. While I have never experienced it, I do imagine it's a hard habit to stop, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try. I know, everything in life feels so hard right now, but take a step back and prioritize yourself. Do stuff that helps calm you down or makes you happy. As for your grades, as long as you graduate or get a GED, 99%+ of people won't care how good or bad you did, so if it's causing you this much distress, just do the best you can and don't overthink it.

If they're making a big deal about it, or you think they would, it's probably just because they're worried and scared about what could happen to you. It's their way of showing they care. If you think they'd listen to you, you can tell them about it, but start by saying not to make a big deal, but you want to get help and know what to do next.

Your health and mental well being is a big deal. Because you are a special and unique person.

I wish I knew how to help more. I'm not sure what to say. I know it's scary, but please get some sort of help and tell responsible adults in your life what's going onand how you're feeling. Don't force yourself until you're ready, but the sooner, the better.
