Intro I'm joining this forum and few my thoughts (18 Viewers)

Nice forum! Although I'm a little overwhelmed by all the shiny, flashy stuff going on around here. 😅

I usually hang out on kflop.com (some dude created it after the Allkpop forums shut down), so I'll probably need a few days to get used to this place.

Anyway, here's a little about my K-pop taste!

My current favourites:

• RESCENE
• IVE (especially Wonyoung)

Also, I have a pretty harsh opinion: BLACKPINK's "JUMP" is trash. It's basically a concert-only song. 😂

Other groups I like:

• MEOVV
• aespa
• izna
• H1-KEY

Tier 3 (like them, but not as much):

• Hearts2Hearts (H2H)
• KiiiKiii

Tier 4:

• ITZY – I was initially a fan, but at some point I realised I barely listened to their songs anymore. I guess I've kind of grown out of them.

Groups I don't really follow but still listen to:

• ILLIT
• tuide
• NewJeans

Groups I'm not really into:

I haven't liked (G)I-DLE much since around 2023, when Soyeon seemed to take over the creative direction of their comebacks.

And then there's LE SSERAFIM. I don't know what it is, but I just can't get into them. Chaewon and Kazuha are the only members I particularly like. I also find the others' vocals pretty underwhelming.

I mostly post funny K-pop Shorts. Some are inspired by my favourite TikToks, which I recreate myself using CapCut.

I dunno why but I kinda dislike them.

From le sserafim I like only Chaewon and Kazuha and from gidle only Miyeon and Minnie.

I dunno why I have rejected, like pure dislike for persons like Eunchae, IVE Rei, Shuhua, Le sserafim Yunjin, Sakura and Soyeon.

Maybe I need a doctor but after watching that tiktok meme from coachella 2024 I can't take them seriously.

And I lowkey think Shuhua is paid to debut. Also I appreciate that Soyeon has talent but her producing have lots of political messages brining shh to music.

I will say that imo lsfm's music isn't as good as it was before, but I don't dislike them for that
I'll respect your opinion and its normal to have favorites but I do think that all idols are talented in their own ways

I have a few people I really like (my biases), and a few I dislike. Which is kind of strange, because I don't consider myself a bad person, but there are just some people I can't help but dislike.

My biases:

• IVE: Wonyoung, Liz
• MEOVV: Anna, Sooin (I also like Gawon and Narin, but a little less)
• izna: Saebi, Jungeun
• H1-KEY: Yel, Riina
• H2H: Stella, Juun, Ian
• KiiiKiii: Sui, Le Seo

People I used to like but feel neutral about now:

• ITZY: Yuna
• aespa: Karina

People I don't know why, but have a strong dislike for:

• LE SSERAFIM: Eunchae, Yunjin, Sakura
• IVE: Rei
• (G)I-DLE: Soyeon, Shuhua

I seem to have a soft spot for tall baddies (but not all of them), and a weak spot for entitled noobs.

I was banned few times on allkpop as some people think I'm toxic (but I'm not just telling what i think).
