- Changing your diet is always a good start. More vegetables and fruits. Less refined carbs/sugar. Fish and poultry instead of pork meat.

- If you have a good health insurance: let your doctor make a complete blood count. The least he should do is checking your CRP (C-reactive protein) blood value (marker of inflammation and infection).

Before you ask why I'm such a smart ass... I started studying medicine, but life had other plans. First and foremost I know such stuff because I have an
refractory autoimmune disease. When doctors told me that they can't help me anymore, it was time to get my fat ass off the couch. I needed to change my life before losing it.
I can live without medication nowadays. And my ass isn't fat anymore. :rosesmug:

Just the flu, bronchitis was the last time.
Now my nose is all runny
Hope it gets better, have u checked it out
because I have an autoimmune disease I recently read that a vitamin d deficiency can lead to getting sick more quickly and more often.
like getting a cold more often etc. as u live in europe too, most ppl here have a vitamin d deficiency in winter. so not sure if that might help.

a cyst doesnt really go away completely, at least not without an operation. so it comes and goes. I can handle it for now. I just cant use my left hand around 1~2 weeks. after that it will go away and everything is fine again.

Do doctors where you're from not do routine testing, such as blood tests? I'm not actually completely certain how much they do it here because I lowkey haven't been to one since aging out of pediatric care, but I've had the impression it's not uncommon to have a blood test done occasionally just to check that various levels are okay. Not as thorough or targeted as if there was something medically wrong, but checking some overall common levels like vitamins and iron. Maybe I'm just completely wrong though and everyone who had a blood test done that I know just had a medical issue :pepeslippy: Maybe i'll find out when I get a doctor

No, blood tests arent common. If there is a persisting issue. But the thing is it's the flu for me, and everyone is pretty sick around here. So i think they assume i just couldnt get over it. Whih i didnt. I feel better today, i drank some tea for cold, like those medicinal powder ones
