That's what happens when you know another language.

im eatin up words from sentences these days, misspelling they're their or there and all that crap and ive reached a new low :we_kpopsourcing:

grammar trumps, please dont come for me 😘
HAHAHAHAHA did you just realise? The struggles of being a polyglot lmao
Anyway, if you really want to improve, then you'll have to simply be more conscious and mindful when using a language. Since this is a written forum, you can easily re-read and re-write what you've written before posting. Think of handy tools to remember things (such as the difference bw they're their and there). If you want to, then translate what you want to say to Hindi (though proceed carefully, as Hindi and English are ultimately different languages with different rules e.g. Hindi syntax is far more flexible than English syntax, as far as I know). And try to absorb language skills from other sources. Reading a book is one thing, but actively absorbing language skills from the book while reading it is another.
Anyway these are just my two cents on the matter, this can apply to any other language in the world, and it isn't necessary to follow them all! I'm aware, being multilingual is tough, but the key is to be mindful, that's all
