i'm really sorry you feel this way... i speak for the entire team when i say we want nothing more than for every member of this community to feel safe and welcome here on ks, especially minorities. and i can assure you, every report is handled with care and thought. we try our best to act as swiftly as possible, but sometimes we have to discuss things with the rest of the team first, sometimes we have to wait and monitor a thread before any action can be taken, sometimes mods are unavailable or afk, and sometimes no one submits a report and somethings fly under our radar. sometimes mods have to take actions that do not necessarily reflect our own opinions and beliefs, but we can only act within certain rules and guidelines.

that all being said, the team is not complacent; things are being discussed and worked on behind the scenes because such matters are not taken lightly on ks. if you have any concerns or feedback, or if you just need to talk, you can always drop me a pm <3
