Hi friends

I'll be honest, I'm very depressed at the moment and I'm a total mental wreck. I cannot think and I'm crying almost every day. I'm anxious and scared about a lot of things and being online makes it worse sometimes because I just feel like I'm hiding and not admitting I need any help. No therapy, so please do not suggest that. i made this thread for sum1 to listen, not for advice or anything, so please try to refrain. i'm not trying to be rude, i just dont want any one to worry about me if i leave here for a long period of time. i love everyone here and the whole forum is very nice but i havent been feeling the greatest and kind of su1cidal but pls don't worry about me i don't want to feel like a charity case or something.
