well noone wanted my temporary coma before so ty i guessChemically induced coma for 30 days?Honestly, cold turkey and be miserable for a while. Same advice I'd give you for caffeine. GL, I hope you succeed!
yeah sucrose, i use sugar replacement for my coffe that my dad uses cause he has diabetesWhat do you mean by sugar? Sucrose? All disaccharides? All sugars in general? That would definitely change what you can eat depending on which of those you're thinking.
In that case I would look at the foods you eat regularly and see how much sucrose or added sugar they have and look at what you can live without (especially if they have a lot) and what you would really not want to give up. I don't know if I would pick stuff that has a lot of added artificial sweeteners as an alternative because from my understanding they're not really great if you eat too much, despite being low calorie compared to the same product with added sugars. I also would probably not make the changes very rapidly, I personally would cut out things gradually and give yourself time to find what foods can replace the item you're cutting out without the high sugar content. Maybe you can replace some of them, like desserts, with certain fruits that don't have a high amount of sucrose, to get something sweet and tasty without the sucrose. Ofc I'm not an expert on any of this, this is just what I would do based on my limited knowledge, and my impression of how I'd feel happier if doing this as well.well noone wanted my temporary coma before so ty i guess

hmm how about fruits instead of desserts? are bananas okay? i heard they have lots of sucroseIn that case I would look at the foods you eat regularly and see how much sucrose or added sugar they have and look at what you can live without (especially if they have a lot) and what you would really not want to give up. I don't know which fruits are higher in sucrose or which are lower, but I bet you could probably find that info online easily enough. I also don't know the desserts you eat so I don't know how much those have but I bet you can find at least a general idea online toohmm how about fruits instead of desserts? are bananas okay? i heard they have lots of sucrose
All raw fruits are OK. They are buffered with fibre, so your insulin doesn't spike immediately. It's a sustained release of sugar and it's natural sugar. Anybody telling you to cut out fruits because "sugar is the enemy" do not know what they're talking about. Fruit offers too many healthy benefits to be excluded.hmm how about fruits instead of desserts? are bananas okay? i heard they have lots of sucrose
pudding and crepes usually XDI don't know which fruits are higher in sucrose or which are lower, but I bet you could probably find that info online easily enough. oh i see, but if i just blend it its fine right? All raw fruits are OK. They are buffered with fibre, so your insulin doesn't spike immediately. Fruit juices are a different story... since all the fibre is removed, they are glorified sugar bombs touted as being "healthy" because they were derived from natural sources.
Refined sugars are what you want to stay away from.
Blending is fine. All the fibre is still intact... the blender just replaces your teeth in the "chewing" aspect of the process.oh i see, but if i just blend it its fine right?
For crepes is it the filling that is sweet? Or do you mean you eat crepes filled with pudding?pudding and crepes usually XD
crepes with gem yesFor crepes is it the filling that is sweet? Or do you mean you eat crepes filled with pudding?![]()
I personally like crepes with fruit (and whipped cream but that can be excluded, or maybe replaced with something less sweet like sour cream). Or maybe you can find some fruit jams that aren’t overly sugary or something along those lines? Basically a way to have a tasty but less sugary filling so you can keep enjoying them.crepes with gem yes
