Lol I cringed reading that. The sound/feeling of bones moving or cracking gives me shivers lol.

I've started calcium tablets, but it's been a while since the problem started so idk if it's gonna be any help

Have you seen a doctor about it? It sounds painful! Hopefully it isn't anything serious.

it's basically ligamentous laxity, but like not too serious. I take the calcium tablets to strengthen the bones, but it doesn't do much i think. I just can't do anything too strenuous. it doesn't hurt so it's pretty chill, but if it gets worse i may have to get surgery or do pt
