Well, it seems there is a shortage of opinions about this; and since mine is somehow divided, I had refrained to give it. Given the lack of opinions however, I'll give you mine. I feel somehow divided on this, On the one hand, it's good for people to make friendly alliances for a common goal. On the other hand; the result is creating a false sense of popularity, I'm not sure I'm comfortable with.

EDIT: I think I'd join the alliance. 🙂
