Since I have yet to give my actual thoughts on the announcement then I'll do so now.

For the feature itself then I think it's just what the game needed to slow down the speed people were completing their sets with the re-roll and revamped roulette giving more reliable ways for that last card you're missing to come into existence unless its name is Yookyung apparently.

The thing I find peculiar though is the same artists who got Valentines cards getting rare cards but with the addition of aespa and TXT and while I do get supplying where there is demand. I do however think some like Gfriend, Twice, Big Bang, SNSD and Apink have the engagement to be considered for getting special cards especially when Monsta X Valentines struggled to keep up with engaging people like the other sets although time was a factor then of course.

I´m sorry beforehand for being nosy, but I am procrastinating at its finest, so scrolling through the forum and expressing my opinion where there is no need for it :D

I have to say this whole "slowing down completing your sets" is rather subjective as not all of us are that lucky and trust me, there are a very few unlucky ones that struggle to complete anything. and yes, I have completed sets and I´m occasionally lucky as my Winner set was almost completed by the good man Cal giving me good dailies, but for the most part of the game, I´ve been really unlucky with getting cards that are unwanted (and not just by me). and I´m not crying my soul here, I am just saying - no, not everyone needs that slowing down, thank you very much :D.

BUT the bigger point that I actually really agree with is the second part. While the cards are honestly BEAUTIFUL (big heads up, pat on the head, pat on the shoulder, drink if it´s legal or a huge piece of chocolate to the editors), I have the exact itchy feeling Abeamus has. Why did the sets that got the Valentines cards got the special edition? I agree the demand for Ateez is big, Blackpink as well, perhaps BTS, but Vixx? TXT? Monsta X? Chungha? I´m sure they will find one or two happy collectors, but most people will just try to get rid off them. they are all lovely of course, but heck why can´t BAP, ACE, SuperM, Stray Kids get cards as well?? (I´m not including any girl groups simply because you know my knowledge is limited, but I´m sure there are other popular groups as well?)

Before you say they are not as popular .... Stray Kids is actually very popular and is still collected by at least 3 people?

that´s just some food for thought. don´t take it as a criticism, please. you know I love your work ♥
but if there is any future special event ... (halloween perhaps? :P), please consider other groups as well! ♥

It only really slows down for those who are close to completing all their sets which is a fair amount of those who have been daily collectors I'd say and if those did stop then it'd become harder if someone has quite a few still as there would be less people with a chance to pull a card someone needs. This is why it's a good addition to the game for the long term as people will still be able to get into the game and be able to get the sets they want without spending an eternity on it because they're one of a few playing.

I agree with you, they could vary the groups who have rare cards. I wished CLC would have rare cards, Oh My Girl or GFRIEND

Despite the Monsta X valentines not being in demand though, there are 5 people who have completed or are trying to complete the common set which is what we based it on. Don't worry though, we'll be implementing more rare cards in the future of course so the groups you guys mentioned will be included.
