i kinda meant it in a way that its starting up, 2023 as the middle year.
ive seen the same conversation happen in the end of 3rd gen/start of 4th gen, when that convo starts popping up more frequently, u kno its time

ik everyone says 4th gen feels new but for me it feels like ages its been the same amount of time 3rd gen "lasted" but i also just feel weird comparing 4 gen groups that debuted pre-covid vs post-covid because that honestly feels like its own divide.....

but in the run down of things it dont even matter bc u see news articles out there call nct dream 4th gen when they debuted in 3rd gen so lmfao.

Yeah big faces of the 4th gen like nj, lsf, etc just debuted too. I feel weird cutting it here when we have yet to see the new and bigger heights they reach and any waning interest in them and other 4th gen groups start to decline…

with their debuts and huge success breaking the third gen dominance, I finally was able to accept that 4th gen is here and now people are moving on already, I'm mad

For real! People just want to start new generations for the sake of it like and the media like MNET just feeds into that to get more attention.... I'm sure YG will also heavily market Babymon as the start of 5th gen

No denying that. I think their company is being smart by partnering with warner as quick as they did. Their collab for the barbie movie will probably do well since barbie is as hyped as it is combined with the current interest they have. More smart moves like that will give them a fighting chance to stabilize :p

securing the vma and possibly grammy nominations will give them even more attention that I hope is used well
