My friend seems ignoring me sometimes

He say wanna hang out so i gave him suggestion on where to go but he say nothing about it lmao

He can say 'no' at least?

Then he dont reply me on insta. I know we chat on fb but then hmm :llama_tea: :annoyedgun:
