My dad preferred me more than my brother while my mom in the other hand is like a whole brother sucker she treat him like a prince while my dad treat me regularly ugh so revolting 🤢

My mom used to show favoritism towards my oldest brother and it definitely drove us all insane. What made it even more annoying is that almost all of our family chose him as their favorite child, he liked to use it to his advantage all the time.

It sucks and I wish they realize how it can affect their kids when they grow up. Even as an adult it still makes me sad that my mother literally worships anything my older brother does, despite being terrible to other women (abuse which she chooses to overlook) and yet treats me so differently. I always wish I had a mother who didn't try to compete with her daughter and instead gave her love and embraced her... I will never know how that feels. I have wanted that love more than anything. but it is never enough
