yes. art is meant to evoke an emotion, and even by angering and confusing people it's doing its job; evoking an emotion. (within reason, if people or animals are harmed or put in danger, fuck that)

i dont like it, but just because i dont like something doesnt make it not art.

i'm a studio art major so im passionate abt this kind of thing lol.
