I think you're taking the "are you sick" part out of context since paleness is a sign of illness. Paleness is usually the result of reduced blood flow and oxygen in your system.

But a big percentage of earth population was born with pale skin anyway so not everyone with pale look is sick

As somebody with pale skin, this is part of the reason why I am (I’m anaemic and asthmatic) and I can’t tan at all. I’m used to it, but the day I can go out without wearing a bit of blusher will be a happy day.

Being too pale means you do not have enough red blood cells in your body so yes, everyone who is overly pale is sick. It's SCIENTIFICALLY proven. If you ever get too pale one day, I recommend visiting your nearest doctor.

Being white and oriental is different from being pale btw. Brown and Black people can get pale too.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it unless you lead the person to believe they are less attractive because of their skin colour then it'd be a problem but for me personally I don't mind any skin colour and have seen attractive people in all of them.
