So SM said they are debuting a new boy group next year.
And everyone knows the cycle a new Boy group debuts the previous one gets less comebacks and become fairly forgotten.
So if the new Boy group is not a NCT unit will NCT be EXOed?
I predict Mark and Taeyong will debut as duo because they are SM's favorite boys. and the rest of NCT will be left in a place called dungeon.

Well if SM debut a boy group that isn't NCT or another SuperM then it really does not bode well for NCT as their reason for existing is so SM doesn't have to do that.

Considering the rumors about new members and units being added it'd be a little weird for them to do that, though unsurprising considering how good sm is at making strange and poor decisions

Doyoung actually has a pretty strong fan base from what I remember in S.Korea?

I feel like SM still wants NCT to be longer project, the NCT groups have just recently gained more popularity (or at least how it seems to me) so it feels too early to push boy group that would replace their generation

oh this is nice to hear. i am so used to everyone saying the are a flop and a big mistake. Makes me sad for the boys because they are not less talented when you compare them to other SM groups

They aren't letting go of NCT anytime soon and I don't think most of the members can really carry solo careers
