criminals get out from jail?

yesterday ,i read abt this snatch thief got caught by police abt 5 times .he keep going in and out from jail with the same crime

ppl keep saying that he shud get a job instead of being a criminal

but for real ,who wud hire a criminal tho even if he really wanna repent?

once u are in jail ( except for not paying fine etc) ,u are doomed tho unless if you have lots of money & ability to do business or have back up of huge company

so they can only keep doing crime to get money or doing bigger crime to stuck in jail for long time

what's your thought

So one day for one prisoner in finnish prison costs taxpayers over 200 euros. Imagine if they never got released, how expensive itd be to society. Although many return, many also reform :)
