Right???? Like i dont feel sick i was dehydrated tho but thats fixed so i dont rlly see the problemI think it’s only bad if you start feeling physically weak or sick
It was a mix between my medication and not really having food to eatit obviously depends on how much you weighed when you began (don't tell us your weight)
how you managed to lose that much weight
whether it was from exercise and healthy dieting or "forced" not eating food dieting
all those factors plus more need to be considered
As long as you aren’t harming yourself (starvation or excessive exercise, for example). Please take care of yourself, hunRight???? Like i dont feel sick i was dehydrated tho but thats fixed so i dont rlly see the problem![]()

I can't really help it i just dont have the need to eat because of my medication (i eat in the mornings and count that as my meal for the whole day)You could mess up your metabolism and do some harm to your body. I'd say try and maintain your current weight or gain some but definitely do not lose weight drastically in another short time period.
No nothing like that but i do suppose i could drink more water (i get severally dehydrated because i dont drink enough water)As long as you aren’t harming yourself (starvation or excessive exercise, for example). Please take care of yourself, hun![]()
wait that's terribleIt was a mix between my medication and not really having food to eat
Even if you're not hungry, you should keep snacking throughout the day. If you don't feed your body it will turn on you, friend.I can't really help it i just dont have the need to eat because of my medication (i eat in the mornings and count that as my meal for the whole day)
No ok so i basically had multiple periods where i lost a bunch of weight then stayed at that weight or around that weight then lost more weight and it goes on and on so i went from 140 to 120 pounds in about half a month or 2 months?Losing 11lbs in a week generally isn't good. It really depends on how much you weighed before. If your really over weight then it's not a big deal. If your already at a healthy weight then it's a really big. At my weight (230ish) losing 11lbs in a week is no big deal. If your not morbidly obese like me your body can't adjust to weight loss like that and if it continues things spiral down hill fast. (Heart problems, joint issues, kidney issues, liver) Unless something caused you to lose a lot of water weight quickly (very possible) you need to please be careful. Also simply not eating a lot for one week doesn't account for 11lbs. Is there an exercise component involved or do you naturally have a high metabolism? If it continues please go to the doctor.
we're just often poor so we choose bills over food sometimes and im a minor!wait that's terrible
are you ok?
is there something wrong in your household?
are you a minor or an adult?
Yes please stay hydrated (ngl I probably should do the same)No nothing like that but i do suppose i could drink more water (i get severally dehydrated because i dont drink enough water)
It growls at me a lot so yea me thinks so tooEven if you're not hungry, you should keep snacking throughout the day. If you don't feed your body it will turn on you, friend.
Hormones going crazy can definitely cause bigger weight fluctuations and also large volumes of water loss. I'd still talk to a doctor and have some blood tests run.No ok so i basically had multiple periods where i lost a bunch of weight then stayed at that weight or around that weight then lost more weight and it goes on and on so i went from 140 to 120 pounds in about half a month or 2 months?
