Is there an an existing artist that you discovered or really got into in 2022? (1 Viewer)

We have our faves and the new debuts of course, but sometimes you discover an existing artist or hear a song and check out an artist you weren’t previously interested in.

For me, I heard the Hyolyn album with Dally as part of a listening group (like a book club) and got interested, then really liked her EP. Maybe I’ll go back and check out Sistar but a lot of those tt weren’t for me.



I like Shinee but didn’t care for Onew’s first album so wasn’t interested when I came out, but I checked it out and loved it.



I’m not into BTS but really loved RM’s solo

JIKJIN is what got me intro Treasure.
For The Boyz it was Maverick. Thrill Ride is probably my favorite song now though.
Blessed-Cursed is what got me into Enhypen.
Frost is what got me into TXT.

lightsum! i had listened to their first two releases they came out but wasnt too fond of them at the time, until right before alive comeback was announced. i had gave a re-listen && my eyes were finally opened bc vivace is srsly god-like why was i sleepin so dam hard on em.

it certainly helped w/ bye bye love being one of my fav bsides of the year like

I would say IVE. I was there for their debut and though I added eleven to my playlist I wasn't an avid listener(interested enough to listen to all the tracks on the album). Then Love Dive hit me and completely piqued my interest in them and now I follow their music(listen to all the tracks on albums).
