I feel like for these questions people chime in with weird stuff like fish or asparagus. I did have cucumber once, but the one I have more often that’s rare to hear about but not weird is cinnamon. I love cinnamon ice cream. Sweet, cinnamony, you really can’t go wrong with it

J.P. Licks (a Boston area ice cream chain) once offered Pad Thai Ice Cream. It was kinda nasty. Had real pad thai noodles in it.

I've had maple cornbread flavored ice cream. I passed up the ranch dressing ice cream which was also on clearance.

Haven't had that either But corn is a somewhat refreshing taste imo which makes it icecreamified sound like it has potential if done right

I've had corn and cheese ice cream which tastes a lot better than it sounds (at least to me).

Oh, and last year I tried pickle-flavored ice cream which did taste like pickles.
