Not an invitation to crap on idols btw. I feel like I've seen a lot of camera shy idols became comedic icons in their own right. Some of the main examples I remember are D.O. and Jungwoo from NCT. D.O. is still awkward but also has such a strong dgaf attitude that it's hilarious in some variety shows and Jungwoo is a variety genius who often gets to be MC for NCT variety as well as being an MC for Music Core (?) too!

SOMI for me - the difference in her stage presence and confidence from Birthday to XOXO is lightyears apart. She got a lot of hate to begin with, and now she rocks the stage. I am proud of how much of a boss she has become!

Honestly I found majority of Lovelyz members very awkward on stage when they debuted, by the time they reached the end, they were fire. Specially Mijoo. The best thing she's ever done is getting rid of the shy and conservative image. Such a waste they aren't gonna be together on stage anymore.

Taehyung has changed a lot, which he unfortunately gets a lot of hate for. He’s become much more reserved and quiet compared to when he was younger.
Also Mingi I feel like has become a lot more confident in the last year or so and overall just seems way more sure of himself.
