I'd tell my ten-year-old self, "Don't bother taking violin lessons - you may think it's fun right now, but as you start listening to pop music and wishing your orchestra class could play your favorite songs, you'll realize all you can really play on violin is classical... and you know full well you don't like classical."

I've always wanted to see an orchestra play the Viva La Vida by Coldplay instrumental in person...probably never will unless I could get an ensemble to play at my wedding or something 😂

I'd tell kid me and teen me that I'm about to change a lot, my personality and the way I think is about to shift and change a lot over the upcoming years, and that it's okay it made me a much stronger person who takes care of myself, and I'd tell them you're not half as flawed and detestable as you think you are, you're actually at your brightest and most sincere in these periods, and it's a shame you never noticed it when you needed to
