English is my first language. Pronunciation is a bit hard, specifically biological, even as someone who’s second language is Latin, examples include: Deoxyribonucleic acid, Prokaryotes, Eukaryotes, Megavirus chilensis, Mamavirus, Acanthamoeba polyphaga mimivirus, etc.

Mamavirus sounds like a medicine to fight the cold, “like your mothers warm tomato soup she used to give you” that’s why it’s so funny to me 😂😂

French verbs are a pain in the ass even for us native speakers...

In the brief time I took French in college; I understood Spanish verbs are as complex as French verbs. We could say subjunctive is a nightmare in both languages to cite an example.
