I ate at 10:30am. I got a turkey wrap and a strawberry milk from the school cafeteria. I hadn’t eaten anything yet this morning. Is this breakfast or lunch?

Then I deem it lunch.

I normally eat lunch around 10AM as well, but that's my weird work hours to blame.

Doesn't matter. All meals are good for all times of the day. Night shift ruined my definition of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. It's not uncommon for me to want a hamburger for breakfast.
