They've got alright rapping, some of kpops best dancers, and some of kpops best new gen vocals. I really can't think of many groups that can beat them overall. Sure there's groups with better vocals, or better rapping, but being better overall would be a stretch for many.

Same, with some of their tracks they do shine imo but not all of them, mostly for NCT 127.

I read this like 2 years ago but basically somebody at SM had described the NCT lineup as "you could form 4 TVXQs from this" or something and that alone tells a lot, and this was even before WayV formation btw
