I have not changed usernames; you may still remember me as Yachii. I still stan PassCode to the core, but I left disappointment on Dreamcatcher behind although I'm not back to stan. I now also stan NEO JAPONISM, Kolokol, NECRONOMIDOL, and just recently also Zsasz. All of them are Japanese. I don't stan kpop groups.

Nice to meet you, Yili! I don't do BG, although I have tried to get into them in the past and if I was going to stan a BG, it would be ATEEZ for sure, but I just can't get into BG as a whole. That doesn't mean I don't respect them and don't admire their talents though.

Also, please tell me why BTS is becoming much more westernized now? It's like they are a Korean western group who is getting access to the western market while still reaping the Kpop awards lol

BTS is getting more and more westernized I do agree, at least I am one of the lucky ones to like Butter and their English releases I don't know necessarily how to feel about how they straddle the line between Western and Korean since I do prefer their old sound however if they are doing what they want to do at least I enjoy it either way
They are lower on my list of ults because I am not as emotionally attached to them anymore but their discography is one of my favorites in general.

Both Butter and Dynamite remind me of Bruno Mars songs lol especially Butter. I honestly don't mind if a Kpop group goes western, however, what I am more worried about is the fact that if they could turn into a Korean western group that still win awards in the Kpop scene and denies other Kpop groups awards who are still heavily involved with the Kpop scene.

But I can understand BTS trying to break out into the western market and they will succeed, I just hope that they don't become a group that is too western and only have their Korean heritage intact.

We'll have to wait and see, I suppose haha.

As long as you enjoy them, that is all that matters :)
