No, it's the fact that they need a minimum number of people total to be part of the tour so if not enough people sign up for your day they just cancel it. If they do that they do warn you in advance but only one day so it's just annoying having to reschedule stuff, and it would probably be difficult to get another tour on such short notice. I'm not sure how many days out they allow you to sign up.
