This must be wat's known as cash flow-same thing happened with 'The Album' , i believe. Print a minimum number to deliver the earliest sales then with tat coin use the money to pay for printing more n so on n so forth.

I hv no idea if this is true, just tat nth else makes sense to me. I know not economics nor finance. Unless someone else has a better explanation?
