It basically messed me up.

I was drinking like 5 bottles a week at worst.

I am not against anyone who drinks.
I just can't do it due to personal demons

It was controlling me and I was so in denial about it.
My father convinced me to quit in the end.
Because it was generating a rift with family
and made my insides rooted.
