have you ever seen a historical cdrama? so basically the emperor has different levels of women that are all his wives and they have different rankings. so the top is the empress who is the legal wife, then the imperial noble consort, noble consort, consort, concubine, noble lady, 1st class attendant, 2nd class attendant. so i'm the emperor in this situation and all my hot men are ranked like that in this case lee joonggi has entered the harem as a 2nd class attendant. i know @Selfmate is going to be so proud of me for this explanation
