No one has any business ripping IVE or LESFM. Both are awesome, but I think a rivalry between them would be cute and fun. But now that you mention it, the fans would ruin it on both sides... This is why we can't have nice things! I'm sorry you can't go see them. I know that would be fun.

They seem to be making an early push into Japan, so I suspect a Japanese EP or album will be out within the next 18 months as well. There already is a rivalry between IVE and LSFM and its not fun or cute unfortunately. From what I've seen its mainly IVE fans saying "Hey can you not maliciously edit, bully, or be a massive douche" and fans of other rookie ggs just continue to do it.

I used to think it wasn't an issue as what's the worse that can happen from people being awful, but Lily from NMIXX mentioned a while back that she sees the TikToks of people making fun of her and she was confused what she did wrong. Also, no telling how much shit those girls have seen about them online talking about how awful their music is. It's fine to say you don't like the music but why are y'all outright just being mean ya know?

I think a bit of blame does go on their label as well. I don't believe that idols should be allowed to access social media as rookies at all unless their manager is present for this reason. I don't want to baby idols but rookies receive very harsh treatment as they are new and the hate tends to die down midway into their career.

that seems very restrictive, I'm really not sure what a good solution is

and hate does not really die down, its only the group getting less relevant/popular, hence the very competivie fans moving on or searching for other targets. If the group stays on top, nothing changes.
