J-Hope as a rapper (1 Viewer)

what do you think of him? why are Suga and RM so popular but J-Hope is kind of .. overlooked? I am not saying he is not well-loved, not at all. But I think when it comes to rapline there is Suga who takes the crown and then there is RM whose fans are probably a bit less loud, but they are there.
I feel like J-Hope gets the love as this positive, silly, mood maker but when it comes to rapping, he just ... not oftne comes first.
but maybe that´s just my impression. feel free to discuss.

J-Hope is a very creative rapper and he has a great hook voice and does a lot of super important ad libs for BTS songs. He's inseparable from the trio he just has a different function than Suga and Rap Mon in some songs

J-Hope in general to me needs more love, he is so talented at everything

Personally, J-Hope has a unique sound and style where he adds a bunch of interesting fluctuations to his raps and it makes his raps the most interesting for me. I feel like he's really good at adding a fun hyped vibe to a song with the way he raps and I think that's talent because he still holds onto a strong ability to rap on top of adding that flavor to songs he is apart of or that he writes.

J-Hope is a good rapper but RM and Suga are just... Something else. Suga's flow and Joon's musicality is just beyond good. If Hope was in a different group he'd be called a great rapper but because he's kinda overshadowed by RM and Suga, he isn't very visible for his rapping talents.

I guess in terms of colors you can portray Suga's rapping as black, RM's as grey whole J-Hope's is white. I don't know if this makes sense to anyone else besides myself
