@Darth_Ozy notified me that Jaeguchi made a response to the accusations. However, it seems to only confirm the accusations. He admits "We had received an invitation to join a network that have BOUGHT copyrighted music." Bought not own. The network who bought the music is clearly TheChopraWell and Viewster who claims many of his videos.
Buying music is legal for distribution if you use it in your own unique production. Much like how movie production companies can buy licenses for songs use them in their movies and claim copyrights are movie clips with those songs. Except in this case, the movies are lyrics videos. The media company can claim to have ownership of the visual portion of lyric videos are their own content and combined with the licenses they bought, can have full ownership of lyric video copyright claims as far as youtube is concerned. Lyric videos are clearly not unique productions, so the fact that "bought" music is being redistributed as lyric videos really isn't ethical, even if they legal side is unclear.
In the end, it's clear that lyric videos should not be making money, and the fact that he joined a "network" that offered him money, a network that is not owned or run by a Kpop Company, means he's clearly at fault too.
Lastly, he posted proof that Bighit claimed at least one of his songs. As if a single video being claimed by the right owners absolves him of anything, which is laughable.
