I decline all photos these days.

Dude, why do I feel the exact same way. Anytime I see photos of me with long hair I just cry and shut them down. Smiling can be difficult if we can't find reasons to. A good habit to make is to find one little thing that makes you smile each day and take note of it. It can be anything, mine for today was this dumb shaped leaf I laughed at, really stupid ik but it worked.
