Breaking: Jimin Leaves AOA

FNC Entertainment has announced that Jimin will be leaving AOA.
On July 4, the agency released the following statement:

This is FNC Entertainment.
First, we would like to apologize for causing concern to many people through the events related to Jimin that have been unfolding recently.
From this moment forth, Jimin has decided to leave AOA and halt all of her activities in the entertainment industry.
Additionally, our agency accepts responsibility for this entire situation, and we will put our full focus on managing our artists [in the future]. Once again, we apologize for causing concern through these unfortunate matters.

Having done what she did for so long to Mina, and in part blaming it on her position as leader and "lacking", not the fact she was just an awful person to Mina, I'm glad she has left.

I wonder what will happen to the rest of AOA? I believe they have the ability and talent to continue, but how would the reception to them continuing be received?

Well it'd probably just be AOA Cream who would continue since FNC might as well just promote Seolhyun on her own at this point but Minas latest post tarred all of the members so I don't think the reception would be good, this is probably the end of the group.

This is definitely fail of their management too, like they do have lot blame to share as well. They let such unhealthy relations within groups to continue this long and they didn't rly give Mina time off when her father died from the looks of it.

Oh without a doubt they are. This whole thing is warped. It seems the members, managers and the company themselves knew, but everybody seemed ok with it. For a decade. That’s just sick on so many levels.

This should only be the first step of many. The company itself, the managers behind the scene, everyone who stood by and did nothing for Mina needs to personally apologize to her. 10 years....

It’s disappointing that fnc didn’t even apologize to mina or make jimin post an official statement with her apologizing. But good riddance man. She did some fucked up things.

Good riddance I guess, I still feel weird considering she was one of my top biases for so long. Even tho my perception of her has changed massively in 2 days, I wouldn't want anything else rn.
Hopefully she goes off into the sunset, away from the public eye forever.

Reading through some of the answers here, many people incline to quickly judge everyone.
First of all this is a real serious and deep matter with a lot of different perspectives.

Bullying is never okay and the bullied one should always be protected. But it is not always easy to see.
First: Who bullies and why does she bully? Is she pressured herself (by managers, company, parents, society?) and gives the pressure on to the next person? Does she intend to bully the other one becasue the doesn't like her or does she just expect higher standards like her own from others and pressures them in a harmful way? Is it just reduced to an individuum or another group? Maybe the bully das social psychopath tendencies or she just can't cope with managing a whole group.

We just got to see the view of a bullied years after the accidents happened. A simple not harmfully meant comment like "eat something, you look too thin" (maybe out of worry for the other not to get bullimy) can be understood as "I want you to be fat and ugly".

It is obvious that many mistakes were made and it always gets worse for any victim if she/he doesn't talk about it. It is really easy to look away and to be honest the awareness for such situations is growing in the last years, but you will always have such cases at work or school.
Even when you know that some bullying is happening (for example in a class) you only have limited possibilities to stop it (as teacher, student, bullied) alone.

It is easy to judge others, but hard to find the right solution in their situations.
We don't know the whole story and we should not overjudge without knowing more.

Given that Jimin had to go I guess more members or ex-members came out and supported Minas claims. Without this getting public knowledgenothing would have happened.
