On November 8th, Seoul Yongsan Police Center announced that BTS' Jungkook is booked on the charges of violating the Road Traffic Act and the Special Traffic Accident Act. Jungkook was put on with two charges because the taxi driver was injured during the accident, meaning that Jungkook is responsible for violating the Special Traffic Accident Act.

Previously, on October 31st around 4:00 KST, Jungkook got into a car accident at which he hit a taxi. It was reported he was not drunken. Later the accident, Jungkook admitted his doings and agreed with the victim smoothly.

The police also announced that the date for the summons has not been decided and details will not be made public.
