if you get an email saying you may be entitled to compensation if your Siri was basically spying on you, delete and block sender. It's from Lopez Voice Assistant Settlement, iirc (I alr deleted it, so can't go back and look). My gullible ass almost found out the hard way when I decided to go through with the claim, but my caregiver intervened at the very last second, literally just as I was hovering over the Submit button. It's a scam!

Ugh, I get text scams. It's super annoying. My old email is flooded with them lol

best thing to do is always check the sender's email. google the company and compare it to their official email address. but even with that, theres ways scammers manage to make it look very convincing. always be on your toes and never click anything you're not 100% about
