The irony of an "appetite suppressant" is that the people who'd actually need them wouldn't take them and the ones taking them generally don't need them. I wouldn't presume to know you but if you're concerned about your appetite you probably aren't already morbidly obese, right? Sorry for jumping to conclusions but I care about your health, even though I don't know you - so please don't mess with that stuff!

If you're wanting to lose fat you are better of concerned with what you eat rather than how much but without know any more about your situation I can not give further advice, although I doubt you would listen to a stranger on the internet please do take care of yourself or you might regret it further down the line!
