Sensitive Justice for Goo Hara (1 Viewer)

I'm sure that as many of you might already be aware. That bastard who was responsible for a lot of the mental and physical abuse that Goo Hara suffered whilst she was alive, has been found INNOCENT of illegally filming Goo Hara in that horrendous sex tape.
He has walked away as a free man over that crime, and this a fucking disgrace and injustice!!



We can't allow this injustice to go, without at least trying to find justice for Hara and her memory! There is currently a petition to the Blue House that you can sign, with demands for this bullshit court verdict to be reviewed.

He's going to jail for a year for her battery and assault though right? Or was it the blackmailing he was found guilty of? I heard the reason he was found innocent for the sex tape is because it's only illegal in Korea if the other party wasn't aware that they were being filmed and there's no way to prove that now that Hara is no longer with us...

In the appeal retrial, he will now be serving a 1 year sentence for the other charges, and was placed under court custody after the verdict.
A sentence that is a joke as well, considering the severity of the mental and physical impact that it had on Hara.

And now he's walked away as a free man (figuratively speaking) from the illegal filming crime that he committed.

The SK justice system, if you can call it that, is a fucking joke.
