maybe you can pass as 24..?This is my chance, I'm sure I can pass for 14!
Uh.. No cap..?
I quite recently had an opportunity for the first time to ask someone who didn't know my age how old I look and they guessed exactly right.maybe you can pass as 24..?![]()

I always thought I look younger than I am but it turns out I was just JYall along.
Originally I was thinking, this would make sense if they were targeting more of a Day6-like route, because Day6 does have some legitimate hits. As much as I like XH, only two of their songs have ever cracked the top 50, and their highest charting song still only reached 25. But when I went to go verify my recollection, I see that XH outsells Day6 pretty handily.I find it a bit surprsing that they are going so heavy on the bands and not focus more on boy groups![]()
oh I'm not against doing more bands, I'm just surprised they are slacking so hard on the boy group department. Like if SKZ would enlist in a few years, it feel slike JYP has not much left on that side. It's just surprising considering how consistent they are with debuting a new girl group every 2-3 years now.Originally I was thinking, this would make sense if they were targeting more of a Day6-like route, because Day6 does have some legitimate hits. So I can kind of understand the appeal of being able to cut out two of the biggest expenses of a group (outsourcing songs, since most bands are at least partially self-producing, and paying for choreography), and still can generate a steady stream of income.
There does seem to be a bit of a growing interest in bands lately too with hrtz.wav, LATENCY, Splayit, KIK, AxMxP, and ALICE SYNDROME, all debuting in the last year, and older bands still being able to hold on and be successful for a decent run, like QWER dominating the charts a couple years ago, Rolling Quartz being able to do tour after tour, or the fact that FT Island is coming up on 20 years and still sells pretty consistently.
100%! Especially since SKZ is so popular. Like they were literally the second best selling act last year, and the only Kpop act in the top 10. And boy bands have never been popular on that level since FTI's early days.oh I'm not against doing more bands, I'm just surprised they are slacking so hard on the boy group department. maybe, I mean they debuted kickflip not too long ago (~2 years), but from what I saw they are nowhere the level of what SKZ did100%! Especially since SKZ is so popular. But maybe JYPE already has enough male trainees to funnel into another bg? Even among their sublabels, we've just been seeing ggs lately. It is interesting.
I legit forgot about KickFlip.maybe, I mean they debuted kickflip not too long ago (~2 years), but from what I saw they are nowhere the level of what SKZ did
Maybe they need to go back to doing suruvial shows, those groups in hindsight did the best (Twice & SKZ at least)![]()
Both XH and Day6's contracts expire in 2028, so maybe it's a contingency??they already have two boybands, so more than anything else i'm surprised it's not an audition for a girlband?![]()
hopefully none of their fans see thisI legit forgot about KickFlip.I'm sure they're doing okay, I just haven't clicked with anyone since Umm Great.
OOPS

it's a good point, now that they already have a trot duo, why not also a girl band when it's trendyBoth XH and Day6's contracts expire in 2028, so maybe it's a contingency??
I do agree there's more of a market for girl bands than has previously been explored. QWER doing well shows there's still a good interest.
